A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We keep the list short. This page names every cookie set on velorapets.com, including those our payment processors set on the checkout pages and those our live-chat provider sets to run the chat widget.

2. What we do not use
We run no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no social-media trackers, and no cross-site profiling. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers. There is no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, and no Google Ads remarketing tag on this site.
3. Payment-processor cookies
Stripe and Square set their own cookies when their payment fields load on our checkout pages. These are used to fingerprint devices, score transaction risk, and block automated card-testing attacks — a security function that protects both you and us. They cannot be disabled while still allowing card payment, because the processors will decline transactions they cannot risk-assess.

4. Your choices
- The banner: on your first visit you may choose Essential only or Accept all. Your choice is stored for 12 months.
- Changing your mind: clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Blocking everything: every major browser lets you block cookies entirely. Doing so will prevent checkout from working, because the payment fields require them.
- Do Not Track: we run no tracking to honour or ignore, so a DNT header changes nothing about our behaviour.
5. EU, UK, and California visitors
If you are in the EU or UK, we ask for consent before setting anything non-essential, and consent is not a condition of purchase. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Data-subject requests go to VeloraPetsLLC@outlook.com.
